SOLD OVER ASKING

Ohhhh I love it when a plan comes together.  Another day another dollar. More money more problems… said no seller of mine EVER.  Did you catch all my pop culture references?  Aside from setting a record for any unit ever sold in 2055 Danforth Ave I believe I set a record for price per square foot ($1100-ish) for the entire district.

Determining the price point for this unique suite required in-depth research of comparable, local condo units followed by searches specifically looking at comparable outdoor terrace space & views then to top it all off I called a dozen development/pre-construction sites to determine what builders are currently asking for similar products to be delivered in the future.  It was a lot of work but well worth it.
