5 offers, one of the hottest markets in Canadian history and much like the Highlander “There can be only ONE.”  Highlander? Christopher Lambert?  Remember? It came out in the 80’s with a wicked soundtrack by Queen.  Anyways… It’s nice to have a multiple offer go your way especially when the property your clients are bidding on is the best one you’ve seen by far.  It’s extra awesome when the sellers want to take a group photo with you and your clients and the listing agent offers you a job at his brokerage.  Congratulations Donna, Ben, Chloe, and Basil it was a pleasure working with you.
