Hi Everyone,
Welcome back to reality. Summer is over and days will grow shorty any day now but at least we won’t have to listen to any back to school commercials!
Real Estate prices have rebounded slightly from the dip experienced through April to August. Sales volume is down, prices are up year to date and month over month with condominiums leading the charge. MLS listings are back up to healthy levels providing buyer’s with options and time to contemplate purchases.
