Another well deserved bidding war victory.  I’ve witnessed it time and time again – the deal that is supposed to happen is the deal that happens.  The property is a huge, legal, duplex with potential for a basement apartment.  The main and second floor both have large 2 bedroom apartments, so large that the 2nd bedroom in one of the units is used as a formal dinning room with a sideboard and hutch!  Minor aesthetic renovations are needed to bring up the rents and plans have been drawn for a lovely basement apartment.  Once the renovations are complete the total gross rents should be around $5200/month.  Truly a lovely home located in the much sought after Danforth & Jones pocket.  Congratulations Geoffrey and David it was a pleasure working with you!
