Ward 29 Danforth
In 2014 I ran for Toronto City Council representing Toronto/Danforth Ward 29. I ran for City Council because I feel my knowledge and skills as a realtor would be a asset during contract negotiations, deliberations, infrastructure planning and developing additional revenue streams for the City of Toronto.
My knowledge in real estate investing, income property management, and income property renovations would be particularly useful in fixing the mismanagement of Toronto Community Housing Corp and developing recurring, non tax based, revenue streams through leveraging the City of Toronto’s real estate portfolio.
I am not affiliated with any political party and my campaign was funded entirely by my personal income. I intend to run again in the 2018 municipal elections and look forward to employing the skills and strategies I’ve developed in real estate towards making Toronto a better place. I look forward to your support.
