VIA BLOOR 2 – VIP Pre Construction Sales Event

Via Bloor-Phase 1 sold out immediately following the VIP access brokers launch.  For each unit available there were 4 offers.  VIP sales events are handled on a first come first serve basis.  All pre-construction sales in Ontario have a 10 day cooling off period from the time of an executed agreement.  Although you’ll have to move fast you will have time to review the agreement with a lawyer and consult a mortgage broker.  My advice is to lock up the unit you desire, have 3 alternate units just in case the one you initially selected is no longer available, and use the 10 day cooling off period to review the details.
