PURCHASED – 30K Under Asking

I Scored this sweet freehold townhouse for my clients the other day which happens to back onto the grade school they both went to as children.  They are due to get married soon and this will be there matrimonial home.  They’ll have Christmas here this year and many more after that.  They’ll argue, make up and start a family in this home I helped them buy. It’s important to find the meaning in ones work it’s also important to have fun.  The fun part was pushing the price down 30K and getting a $1500 reduction after doing the home inspection.
