GTA STATS FOR JULY 2020

The average sold price for all sales in July 2020 is $943,710 up 16.9% over June 2020.   WOW.  The average price for every property type sold in GTA is now $903,607 – prices up  11.6 Year to date.  Sales volume up 30% over 2019.  

P.S. The average sale price of $903.607 is the average from July 2019 to July 2020 while the average sale price of $943,710 represents July 2020 sales only.
