TORONTO STATS – August 2020

The market continues its upward trajectory pushed in part by pent up demand due to the lock down, purchasers and sellers anxious to complete deals prior to a feared second lockdown and low interest rates.  I expect the general psychological unrest caused by our natural flu season will restrict access and visits to properties as people self regulate due to fears of Covid-19.  It’s not the end of the world its just the likely beginning of another market disruption.  Call me if you have any questions.
