Home prices continue to rise with the average monthly sale price up from $736,783 in January to $782,129 in July. As the year progresses we continue to see sales volume from at a healthy pace driven by our strong local economy and continually expanding population. Real Estate prices have rebounded slightly from the dip experienced through April to August. Sales volume is down, prices are up year to date
