JULY Market Stats 2018

Home prices continue to rise with the average monthly sale price up from $736,783 in January to $782,129 in July. As the year progresses we continue to see sales volume from at a healthy pace driven by our strong local economy and continually expanding population.   I will be paying close attention to rising interests rates in the US, the effect higher rates will have on the value of the US dollar and emerging market currencies and economic conditions in China.  We are all in this together.  If you have any questions feel free to contact me at anytime.
